This work is another collection of outtakes from the album recorded in 2011 by "Stupid Noise Samurai". While ”YOUTH CULTURE FAIL MACHINE'' is a punk-like scream full of madness and instinct, this album has a sense of resignation and lethargy. Each track starts out relatively quietly, and many of the pieces are long. Ironically, KohenMen's musical style was perfected in Fukushima, which was then in a state of hopeless mood.
